Find practical explanations of the complete personal and professional experience.
No. You choose cards and scope for a person, a Sharing Group, or a Care Organization. Each group member controls their own sharing. A role, relationship, or payment by itself does not grant health-information access.
Yes. Begin with your own information and choose what to share. You can keep cards private, limit audiences, and change your choices. Receiving information does not require you to share your own in return.
No. It supports everyday awareness and coordination. It does not dispatch emergency responders, guarantee a reply, or replace medical care. For an emergency, use 911 or the appropriate local emergency number.
Connected Care has Web, iOS, and Android experiences. Supported health sources connect through your primary phone using Apple Health / HealthKit or Health Connect. Dataset, background, and location availability depends on platform support and permission. Browser use requires connectivity.
No. The Individual explicitly confirms arrival. Source-provided events retain their source and time; Connected Care does not turn an ordinary reading into a diagnosis or claim to provide its own fall detector.
No. Care Providers, Staffing Coordinators, and Organization Administrators work within Connected Care. The separate Control Center is Serenity Link’s internal account-support and operations workspace.
No. Sponsorship concerns payment and access, not ownership of the beneficiary’s account. They continue to control their relationships, sharing, and privacy.
Yes. The user application supports English and Spanish navigation, guidance, and system text. Personal names, messages, notes, group names, and other entered content stay as written.
No. Connected Care is an online experience. Supported source catch-up and interrupted in-session drafts help with interruptions; they are not a separate offline account, archive, or general editing mode.
For account access, billing, invitations, sharing setup, or Care Organization administration, use the support path. Do not include health records or private care conversations in a public request.
For an immediate emergency, use 911 or your local emergency number. Public forms are not monitored for urgent care.
