1. About Serenity Link, Inc. and Serenity Link™

Serenity Link, Inc. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) develops and operates products, services, and technology under the Serenity Link™ brand. The Serenity Link™ platform is intended to support connected care for independent living, including aging at home, aging in place, and participation in everyday activities through safety awareness, care coordination, wellness engagement, and related caregiver-support workflows.

The Website is currently used to provide general information, collect pilot interest, collect partner interest, and support early business development conversations. The Website is not a production care platform, patient portal, emergency service, clinical service, medical device service, or substitute for professional care.

2. Important Medical, Safety, and Emergency Notice

Serenity Link™ is not an emergency service. Do not use the Website, forms, email, or any Serenity Link™ communication channel to report emergencies or time-sensitive safety concerns.

Additional terms, consents, pilot agreements, business associate agreements, provider agreements, subscription terms, or product-specific terms may apply to future Serenity Link™ services.

4. Pilot and Partner Interest

Submitting a pilot interest form, partner interest form, or contact form does not guarantee:

  • Pilot participation
  • Product availability
  • Partnership approval
  • Investment opportunity
  • Access to software, devices, dashboards, services, or integrations
  • Any specific response time
  • Any particular business relationship

Serenity Link, Inc. may review, accept, decline, prioritize, or ignore inquiries at its discretion. Early pilot opportunities may depend on product readiness, market location, participant fit, partner alignment, technical feasibility, business priorities, and other factors.

5. No Sensitive Medical or Emergency Information in Forms

Do not submit sensitive medical details, diagnoses, treatment information, protected health information, emergency information, Social Security numbers, financial account information, or other highly sensitive information through Website forms or email.

You are responsible for the information you choose to submit. Serenity Link, Inc. may delete, ignore, or decline to process information that appears inappropriate, excessive, sensitive, or unrelated to the purpose of the Website.

Unless expressly stated in a signed written agreement, descriptions of future capabilities are informational only and do not create a binding commitment to deliver any specific feature, integration, performance level, accuracy level, availability, or timeline.

AI-enabled or automated features, if later made available, may be limited, experimental, incomplete, or subject to errors. They should not be used as a substitute for emergency services, professional judgment, clinical care, in-person care, or human supervision.

15. No Government, Medical, or Regulatory Endorsement

Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as a claim that Serenity Link, Inc., the Serenity Link™ Website, or any Serenity Link™ product or service has been approved, cleared, certified, licensed, endorsed, or authorized by the FDA, CMS, Medicare, Medicaid, any insurer, any emergency response authority, any healthcare provider, or any government agency unless expressly stated in writing.

Serenity Link, Inc. may update regulatory, compliance, clinical, pilot, product, or business practices as the Company develops.
